Oklahoma City Thunder center Steven Adams limped off the floor when he rolled his ankle after making a floater in the lane in the second quarter of Monday's preseason game against Real Madrid in Spain.

Thunder beat writer Royce Young reported that the big man had a right ankle sprain and wouldn't return. Adams landed on a defender's foot and immediately grabbed his right foot upon the impact.

While the severity of the injury is still unknown, it's safe to say the Thunder will likely keep close watch on the Kiwi international, given their lack of consistent depth at the center position.

Steven Adams had seven points and one rebound through nine minutes of play prior to the injury.
