Oklahoma City Thunder shooting guard Terrance Ferguson suffered a left ankle sprain Wednesday night against the Golden State Warriors and was forced to leave the game.

The Thunder later announced that Ferguson will not return to the game.

Entering Wednesday, Terrance Ferguson was averaging 4.4 points, 2.1 rebounds and 0.7 assists per game while shooting 36.4 percent from the field, 25.6 percent from beyond the arc and 75.0 percent from the free-throw line.

This is Ferguson's second season in the NBA. He's playing roughly 22 minutes a night. His biggest strength is his perimeter shooting. The 20-year-old can also explode to the rim and dunk on people when the opportunity presents itself.

In 75 career NBA games with the Thunder, Terrance Ferguson has averages of 3.3 points. He shoots 40.0 percent from the floor and 31.3 percent from beyond the 3-point line. We will have more updates on his condition moving forward.
