Isaiah Thomas has played just two games this season without starting backcourt mate Avery Bradley. You could say Thomas becomes a different player without Bradley alongside him.

Incredibly, the Celtics point guard has scored 90 points in those two games without dishing out a single assist. Something that's nearly impossible to do for a point guard with the ball in his hands so much.

Those two games have come recently. The first was Thomas' career-high 52 points in a win against the Miami Heat. In that one, he shot 15-for-26 from the field and made all 13 of his free throws with two turnovers.

Then last night, Thomas went off for 38 points on 13-for-24 shooting in a win over the Pelicans while turning the ball over just once.

In the Pelicans game, Al Horford had eight assists and Marcus Smart chipped in with six. Against the Heat, Jae Crowder led the Celtics with six assists.

It's clear that the Celtics and their little general transform somewhat without Bradley on the floor. Thomas is averaging 6.1 assists a night on the year but he does his best Allen Iverson impression when Bradley isn't around.

It's certainly not a problem as the Celtics scored 117 points in each of those games to get the win.
