For some, NBA All-Star Weekend is serious. It's about recognizing the game's best players and seeing them all compete on the same floor. For others, though, the weekend is just about fun. It's safe to say that Toronto Raptors shooting guard Danny Green fits into the latter category. On Saturday's media day, he grabbed a mic and went around interviewing the All-Stars.

One of the highlights from Green's adventure was when he crashed Wizards star Bradley Beal's interview. Via Fred Katz of The Athletic:

Beal and his girlfriend Kamiah Adams gave birth to their first son in July of 2018. Green joked with Beal, asking if he had named his son Batmo Beal, referencing Batman's vehicle of choice. Beal responded that he considered it, as well as the name “Automo Beal.”

In reality, Beal and Adams named their son Bradley Emannuel Beal II – nicknamed ‘Deuce.'

This is Beal's second consecutive All-Star nod. The 25-year-old is shooting 47.2% while averaging 25.1 points, 5.1 rebounds and 5.4 assists. Beal will hit free agency following the 2020-21 season, according to Spotrac.

Green, 31, has never made an All-Star Game. He is averaging 9.8 points, 4.8 rebounds and 1.4 assists this season. For his career, he has posted a 42.1% field goal percentage. He will be a free agent following the 2018-19 season.

Beal's Wizards are falling out of the playoff race. At 24-34, the team is three games behind the eighth-seed Detroit Pistons with two other teams between them.

The Raptors, on the other hand, are fighting for the first seed in the Eastern Conference. They are only a game behind the NBA-leading Milwaukee Bucks with a 43-16 record.
