The Boston Celtics had to play this postseason without Kyrie Irving, but things are looking up for the guys in green. They were able to make the Eastern Conference Finals without Irving or Gordon Hayward and they also have a lot of young players to build around and try to reach the NBA Finals next season.

Before they get on to the offseason, the Celtics and their players will likely be showing some support for Irving when his new movie “Uncle Drew” hits theaters this summer.

On Tuesday afternoon, Irving posted a video of himself with different haircuts in a new promotional video for the Uncle Drew film.

Irving began filming the film back when he was with the Cleveland Cavaliers in the summer of 2017. He was officially traded to Boston during the filming of the movie, and reportedly rejoiced on set once he was dealt to Beantown.

In his first season with the Celtics, Irving averaged 24.4 points, 3.8 rebounds, 5.1 assists, and 1.1 steals on 49 percent shooting from the field and 40.8 percent from downtown. Uncle Drew hits theaters on June 29th.
