Carl Landry is looking for a team. According to Darren Wolfson of KSTP Minnesota, there are plenty of suitors for his services.

Landry is the prototypical energy guy off the bench as he averages a shade under two offensive rebounds per game for his career.

An effective scorer, who's shot over 50 percent from the field every year of his career. He's also a very capable free-throw shooter at the 78.5-percent mark.

While Landry is a hustle-type player, he doesn't have the intangibles of coming up with blocks and steals, which has unfairly decreased his stock throughout his career.

The 6-foot-9 power forward out of Purdue won't do well in a starter role, but can provide bench scoring, grit and stability for a second unit.

A good fit for Carl Landry

Out of the possibilities Wolfson listed, the Pacers and Rockets make the most sense as they have potential pieces to shed to make room for Landry.

The Spurs and Lakers have very similar players in David Lee and Tarik Black. Playing alongside either of those players would force Landry to play at the center position, which would put his team at a huge disadvantage.

The journeyman has played for six teams in nine years. Carl Landry last played for the Philadelphia 76ers, where he posted the highest Player Efficiency Rating since Allen Iverson in 2006.
