Idk, man, I feel like this is more idealistic than realistic. I can’t think of any situation in my life, outside of youth sports, where everyone was held to the same standard. Talent dictates a wholeeeeeeeee lot, no matter what field you’re in.

Oh, I vehemently disagree. I get the sentiment. But I kind of abide by the perspective that treating people fairly shouldn’t be the same as treating them equally. It’s unrealistic to expect equal punishment for unequal players. How many plays has JT made versus AD’s resume?

That’s the thing: AD Mitchell isn’t an All-Pro, so the leash is understandably shorter. When #Colts RB Jonathan Taylor made this mistake, he was *already* a first-team All-Pro, league rushing champ and top-five RB. It’s a little easier to forgive someone on a HOF trajectory.

My two cents: #Colts WR AD Mitchell was going to have his role reduced significantly anyway if Alec Pierce is available in Week 5. But beyond that, the Colts can't continue to play someone who -- albeit super talented -- clearly isn't focused enough on the field.
