Harmony Trailblazer is the newest version of our main character, arriving in Honkai Star Rail during Version 2.2. This brand-new support brings damage to the battlefield with their hat. In this guide, we will talk about the best build for Harmony Trailblazer, including their Light Cone, Relic, and more.

Honkai Star Rail Guide – Harmony Trailblazer Light Cones and Relics Build

Do note that this guide is for the currently available or immediately upcoming Light Cones and Relics. Should new sets of Light Cones and Relics appear in Honkai Star Rail that are better for Imaginary Trailblazer, we will be sure to update this guide.

Harmony Trailblazer Abilities Overview

Harmony Trailblazer is a 5-Star Imaginary Harmony character. Rather than provide general buffs to their team, they instead buff Break Effects and Break Damage, while also introducing the brand new Super Break mechanic. We will bring this up when we tackle their Ultimate.

Harmony Trailblazer's Normal Attack, Swing Dance Etiquette, deals Imaginary DMG to a single enemy. Their Skill, Halftime to Make It Rain, deals Imaginary DMG to a single Target, while also dealing additional DMG to other enemies.

Their Ultimate, All-Out Footlight Parade, grants the Backup Dancer effect to all allies, which increases their Break Effect. Additionally, they also deal Super Break DMG to Weakness Broken enemies. Their Talent, Full-on Aerial Dance, regenerates Energy for the Trailblazer whenever an enemy gets Weakness Broken.

Their Technique, Now! I'm the Band! increases all allies' Break Effect once the battle starts.

Harmony Trailblazer Traces Priority

For Traces, level their Ultimate first to increase the Break Effect buff. Follow this up with the Talent to improve the Energy Regeneration. Next is the Skill, to increase its overall DMG. Finally, level the Basic ATK, since you won't use the Trailblazer to deal DMG.

As for the Major Traces, it's enough to get them in order. That is, get Dance With the One first, then Shuffle Along, and finally Hat of the Theater.

Harmony Trailblazer Light Cones Guide

All values given here are at maximum Superimposed.

Past Self in Mirror: Increases the wearer's Break Effect by 100%. When the wearer uses their Ultimate, increases all allies' DMG by 40%, lasting for 3 turn(s). Should the wearer's Break Effect exceed or equal 150%, 1 Skill Point will be recovered. At the start of each wave, all allies regenerate 20 Energy immediately. Effects of the same type cannot stack.

This is the best Relic set for Harmony Trailblazer. It gives them Break Effect that their Kit can scale off of, while also giving allies a DMG increase with their Ultimate. This also regenerates Energy for the team at Wave starts, making it perfect for farming.

The only downside for this is that this is also Ruan Mei's signature and best-in-slot Light Cone. If the player has her, it's better to equip the Past Self in Mirror Lightcone on her than on Harmony Trailblazer.

Memories of the Past: Increases the wearer's Break Effect by 56%. When the wearer attacks, additionally regenerates 4 Energy. This effect cannot be repeatedly triggered in a single turn.

This is the best F2P Light Cone for Harmony Trailblazer as it gives them up to 56% Break Effect. Additionally, it gives them some Energy when they're attacking, which helps ensure that they can use their Ultimate at least every 3 turns.

Similar to the above Light Cone, however, this is also the best F2P option for Ruan Mei. If the player is using this Light Cone on Ruan Mei as well, they must try to roll for another copy of it to use for Harmony Trailblazer.

Dance! Dance! Dance!: When the wearer uses their Ultimate, all allies' actions are Advanced Forward by 24%.

This is a decent F2P Light Cone as it allows the player's team to quickly take action when Harmony Trailbalzer uses their Ultimate. This lets them immediately take advantage of the Super Break DMG effect.

Carve the Moon, Weave the Clouds: At the start of the battle and whenever the wearer's turn begins, one of the following effects is applied randomly: All allies' ATK increases by 20%, all allies' CRIT DMG increases by 24%, or all allies' Energy Regeneration Rate increases by 12%. The applied effect cannot be identical to the last effect applied, and will replace the previous effect. The applied effect will be removed when the wearer has been knocked down. Effects of the similar type cannot be stacked.

This Light Cone is the last best option for Harmony Trailblazer for two options. The first is that, although it's buffs are good, they are chosen at random, and none of them increases Break Effect. Second, this Light Cone comes from the Battle Pass, so it's not F2P friendly.

Harmony Trailblazer Relics Guide

4-piece Watchmaker, Master of Dream Machinations

  • Increases Break Effect by 16%.
  • When the wearer uses their Ultimate on an ally, all allies' Break Effect increases by 30% for 2 turn(s). This effect cannot be stacked.

This is the best Relic set build for Harmony Trailblazer as it gives them Break Effect, while also giving additional Break Effect whenever they use their Ultimate.

4-piece Thief of Shooting Meteor

  • Increases Break Effect by 16%.
  • Increases the wearer's Break Effect by 16%. After the wearer inflicts Weakness Break on an enemy, regenerates 3 Energy.

This is a decent alternative Relics set for Harmony Trailblazer as it gives them 32% total Break Effect. It also gives them Energy should they apply Weakness Break on the enemy. The downside is that this set does not give any additional buffs to other team members, other than the bonus Break Effect from Eidolon 4 (15% of Harmony Trailblazer)

2-piece Talia: Kingdom of Banditry

  • Increases the wearer's Break Effect by 16%. When the wearer's SPD reaches 145 or higher, the wearer's Break Effect increases by an extra 20%.

This is a good Planar Ornament set for Harmony Trailblazer, as this Relics set gives them up to 36% more Break Effect. The only downside is that the player will have to get 145 SPD to activate the second effect.

2-piece Sprightly Vonwacq

  • Increases the wearer's Energy Regeneration Rate by 5%. When the wearer's SPD reaches 120 or higher, the wearer's action is Advanced Forward by 40% immediately upon entering battle.

Sprightly Vonwacq is a good alternative Planar Ornament build for Harmony Trailblazer thanks to the Relics set's two effects. The Energy Regeneration Rate allows them to charge up their Ultimate faster, while the 40% Advanced Forward allows them to potentially cast their Ultimate at the start of the fight.

For Harmony Trailblazer's Relics Stats, try to get DEF% or HP% for the Body, SPD for the Feet, DEF% or HP% for the Sphere, and Break Effect% or Energy Regeneration Rate% for the Rope. For Substats, get Break Effect%, SPD (at least 145 if using Talia), Effect Res, and HP%.

Harmony Trailblazer Team Guide

Harmony Trailblazer excels in teams that prioritize Break DMG, as well as dealing additional damage to Weakness Broken enemies.

Here are some possible team compositions for Imaginary Trailblazer

Boothill Carry Team

  • Harmony Trailblazer Support
  • Boothill Main DPS
  • Ruan Mei Support
  • Gallagher Healer

This team takes advantage of everyone's affinity to Weakness Breaks. Boothill deals a lot of damage when Weakness Breaking an enemy, Ruan Mei increases the Weakness Break Efficiency of the team, and Gallagher's Utimate increases the Break DMG the enemy takes.

F2P Break Team

  • Harmony Trailblazer Support
  • Xueyi Main DPS
  • Pela Support
  • Gallagher Healer

Similar to the Boothill Team, this team relies on dealing a lot of Break DMG and breaking the enemy's Toughness. Xueyi excels in whittling down Toughness with her Ultimate, even if the enemy is not weak to Quantum, which makes her perfect for the team.

If the player has Silver Wolf or Ruan Mei, they are good alternatives for Pela, as Silver Wolf can implant Quantum weakness on the enemy, while Ruan Mei can help Xueyi break the enemy's Toughness more.

These team compositions are just suggestions. It is up to the player how they want to use the Harmony Trailblazer.
