The Los Angeles Lakers are pressing forward with LeBron James, Austin Reaves and Anthony Davis in pursuit of another title this season.
In 2024, the Lakers are expected to reveal a statue of franchise hero Kobe Bryant, roughly four years after his fatal helicopter accident.

Ariza Sounds Off on Jordan vs. Kobe
Trevor Ariza played for the Los Angeles Lakers from 2007 to 2009 and won a title with the Lakers in 2009. On Monday, he shared his thoughts on a debate that has continued unabated on for years: Kobe Bryant vs. Michael Jordan.
Ariza said that Kobe was ālocked in on another levelā in an interview with pro football Hall-of-Famer Shannon Sharpe on the āClub Shay Shay' show.
"[Kobe] locked in to a completely different levelā¦ That's just my favorite player everā¦ But if I had to say, Kobe is the best player ever."

Lakers Ready for Suns on Tuesday?
The Lakers have defeated the Phoenix Suns twice so far this season heading into the teams' Quarterfinals matchup on Tuesday at 10 p.m. in Los Angeles.
Frank Vogel's team is 12-8 on the season compared to Ham and the Lakers' record of 12-9 so far.
While neither Ariza or Bryant will take the court, the next generation of great NBA superstars, including James and Kevin Durant, will do battle on the court for ultimate supremacy in a matchup that has must-see TV written all over it.
