Indiana Pacers swingman Paul George has been fined $15,000 for kicking a ball into the stands during the team's 111-94 win over the Chicago Bulls on Nov. 5, according to a league.
The incident occurred with 1:42 remaining in the third quarter, George was assessed a technical foul and ejected shortly after.

The 6-foot-9 forward accidentally hit a fan in the face once the ball was kicked, so he made it a point to apologize to the fan and hug her before exiting the court. He later sent the fan flowers along with a note to once again apologize for his actions.
Paul George will not be suspended or miss any checks, as there's no prior precedent of misconduct throughout his NBA career.
