Integrity. Though it holds the same meaning and definition throughout the world, each individual decides (intentionally or not) the value of its importance. The same can be applied to the NFL and the 32 organizations for which create the world's most powerful league.

Jed York's recent words surrounding the oft-troubled Reuben Foster put the San Francisco 49ers integrity meter near the upper-echelon, seemingly, as according to Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports, the Niners owner has no problem in “moving on” from the stud inside backer if his off-field troubles persist.

“We’d love Reuben to be on this team,” York said on the final day of the NFL owners meetings. “And we’d love him to participate for us, but if he’s not doing things off the field that allow us to be able to rely on him – or he’s doing something that we’re not comfortable with off the field and it’s proven that’s what’s going on — I think the guys have said then you’re just going to have to move on.”

As an Alabama product, Roster, 23, is a purebred. He's a pure football talent whose on-field knowledge is just as incredible as is physical attributes. He just cannot find a way to stay out of trouble off the field.

As the 31st overall pick in last year's NFL Draft, Foster wrapped up an average rookie campaign with 59 tackles in just 10 games played.

York has yet to speak to Foster about last month's domestic abuse incident involving threats and possession of an assault weapon at his Los Gatos home, but claims that both Kyle Shanahan and John Lynch have. The Santa Clara County District Attorney’s office says no decision has yet been made whether to pursue criminal charges.

Next up for the San Francisco 49ers is the 2018 NFL Draft on April 26, 20178. Perhaps an inside linebacker is on the ticket just a year after the drafting of Reuben Foster.
