As the NFL trade deadline continues to draw nearer, there are quite a few teams looking to make last-minute moves to boost their chances. The San Francisco 49ers are not one of those teams and could instead be looking to sell off some of their talent at the right price. Pierre Garcon could be a trade candidate if a team offers enough.

According to a report from Adam Schefter of ESPN, the 49ers have been receiving trade interest from teams interested in acquiring Garcon.

The 49ers have fielded calls from at least three teams in the past week inquiring whether Garcon is available, and San Francisco has listened to what others are offering as talks are expected to continue after Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals, according to sources.

Pierre Garcon has had an interesting season for the 49ers this season. After huge expectations coming into the season, starting quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo went down with a season-ending torn ACL. That has messed up quite a few projections that players in the offense had.

Despite that fact, Garcon has caught 21 passes for 230 yards. He has been unable to get into the end zone this season, but in a different system he could be a very solid wide receiver.

At 32 years old, Garcon does not have much time left in his prime. Being traded to a contender would be an ideal situation at this point in time.

Expect to see quite a few teams show interest in Garcon. The trade deadline is expected to be much busier than normal this season and Garcon could be one of the players on the move before everything is said and done.
