Despite the event officially being one week away, the entire AEW x NJPW card for Forbidden Door still hasn't been fully released. The Young Bucks, fresh off of their tag team championship win over Jurassic Express, still don't have an opponent, neither does Bryan Danielson and after spurning both Adam Page and Adam Cole in their pursuit of a match, Jay White is scheduled to appear on the show but doesn't have an official opponent, at least not yet.

But do you know who else doesn't have a match for the Pay-Per-View but has been featured pretty heavily in the event's buildup? That would be The Good Brothers, who, after going to war with The Briscoes on Slammiversary, just so happens to be the new Impact Wrestling Tag Team Champions.

Facing off against the long-time Ring of Honor performers who have since taken their talents to AXIS TV, Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows turned in a barnburner of an effort with plenty of big-time hits, “Redneck Kung Fu” and ultimately, a Magic Killer for the 1-2-3 followed by a post-match beatdown so extended that it required the returning duo of America’s Most Wanted, James Storm and Chris Harris, to shut things down and open the door for a very interesting potential feud.

Would it be fun to see Storm, Harris, Anderson, and Gallows in the ring together for a proper match? You bet, but first, the Brothers need to turn their attention to Forbidden Door, as their Bullet Club buddy Jay White might just need their help in the co-main event.
