The COVID-19 pandemic that started in early 2020 saw many people in the entertainment industry find other ways to continue to work. For Bad Bunny, this meant looking towards the WWE.

Bad Bunny became a Pro Wrestler for a little bit. The Latin Rapper found himself in a tag team match under the WWE banner.

He recently appeared on The Daily Show to talk about getting together with WWE as well as a host of other topics. He needed to find a way to keep active while not being able to perform.

“I had been collaborating with wrestlers in my videos, like “Stone Cold” [Steve Austin] and Ric Flair. So, I think they started to watch that and said, ‘Who is this guy working with [wrestlers]?’ Enjoyed the whole process, I needed it with the whole pandemic and all that stuff. I dropped three albums but had no concert performances. I wanted something, you know, adrenaline.”

Bad Bunny received a lot of praise from WWE fans as they were impressed by his performance. Naturally, an entertainer like the rapper would be available to put on an excellent performance in the ring.

Bad Bunny has been a big fan of the WWE and he loves to collaborate with old-school Wrestlers. He showed a natural knack for Wrestling and putting on a show for the fans, much like he does in his concerts.

It is unclear if Bad Bunny will make another appearance in the WWE. The Wrestling fans will certainly be hoping to see him again.
