Just days after returning from a major knee injury setback, Barcelona star Ousmane Dembele has picked up yet another injury, this time on his left hamstring.

The French winger has been plagued with several major injuries ever since joining Barcelona in 2017. He has accumulated 3 long-term injuries and 8 short-term injuries since his arrival. Dembele's most recent knee injury from the Euro 2020 tournament led him to miss a total of 14 games.

After many missed games, he finally made his return to the first team against Dynamo Kyiv in the UEFA Champions League. Dembele looked great during the game, adding serious pace that Barca had been missing since his absence—Barca fans were once again reminded of the young 24-year old's incredible talent.

However, the Catalan giants announced via Twitter on Thursday that the winger had strained his hamstring, and will be ruled out for the next league match against Celta Vigo.

Fortunately for Dembele, the international break begins right after this weekend's match which would definitely help him and Barca through this setback. Though it isn't quite clear when the Barca star will return, both he and the club will be hoping that he can return right after the international break on November 20.
