The Chicago Bears have won the NFC North after defeating the Green Bay Packers on Sunday.

The Bears have not won the division since back in 2010 after an 11-5 finish to the season. Under new head coach Matt Nagy all aspects of this 2018 Bears team looks drastically different from recent years. The offense looks fantastic with Mitchell Trubisky growing exponentially under Nagy and the weapons the team acquired in the offseason have made a huge difference. The running back tandem of Tarik Cohen and Jordan Howard has been incredibly effective, alongside tight end Trey Burton and wide receiver Allen Robinson.

The real story of the Bears team this season has been their tremendous defense headlined by players like Khalil Mack, Eddie Jackson, and Kyle Fuller. The defense is undoubtedly one of the best in the league and has dominated opposing offenses all season and the addition of Mack has paid dividends for a defense that has struggled so much in the past.

If the saying is true that defense wins championships, then the Bears have a great chance of taking it all this season as their defense has been unstoppable nearly every step of the way.

Chicago has won seven of their last eight games and the only one they did not win was due in part to the absence of Trubisky. The Bears are certainly a powerful force going forward.
