Chicago Bears head coach Matt Nagy is under fire after his team lost another huge match on Sunday against NFC North contenders Green Bay Packers.

The Bears' 41-25 loss against the Packers was their fifth straight defeat, and so fans are starting to debate on whether or not Nagy is indeed the right person to lead the team back to the playoffs.

When asked after the loss if he'a concerned about his job as the Bears' head coach, Nagy remains confident that he can still get the job done.

“No, I'm not,” he said, via the Chicago Sun-Times).

It seems as though things have changed on a whim in the Windy City as they find themselves further and further away from the Packers, who are sitting quite comfortably at the top of their division. Their impressive 5-1 start to the season now seems ages ago, as the offensive struggles continue for Nagy and his Bears.

The Bears had a chance to settle down and think things through in Week 11 as their bye week, especially after dropping four straight losses. Unfortunately, they had to face Aaron Rodgers and the Packers on Week 12 and it wasn't pretty.

Nagy, however, still believes that they have things in control in Chicago.

“We understand where we're at, and when you have games like this, you've gotta soul search. You've gotta be able to stop the bleeding. There's a couple directions you can go,” Matt Nagy added, via NFL.com.

For what it's worth, the former Coach of the Year Awardee is right. The Bears are indeed bleeding and he has to figure out a way to stop it–and stop it fast. If he doesn't, it won't be a surprise if Chicago moves on and hires a new tactician before the season ends.
