The Cincinnati Bengals are the first team on the board in their Week 13 game against the Miami Dolphins, and it came courtesy of wide receiver Tyler Boyd.

Boyd scored his fourth touchdown this season after catching a pass from quarterback Brandon Allen and racing past Dolphins defenders on his way for a 72-yard touchdown and an early 6-0 lead for the Bengals.

The play happened with 3:31 left in the first quarter on third and two at Cincinnati’s 28-yard line. Allen threw a third pass to Boyd, who accelerated past Miami defenders on his way to the end zone.

It was the 26-year old wide receiver's first score since the Bengals’ Week 8 31-20 victory over the Tennessee Titans, which was also their most recent win of the season, as they suffered losses to the Pittsburgh Steelers, Washington Football Team, and the New York Giants after the win over Tennessee.

Allen, meanwhile, atoned himself after throwing a pass that was intercepted by Dolphins cornerback Xavien Howard in Cincinnati’s previous drive. The 28-year old quarterback had his second touchdown pass of the season after having one score and one interception in their 19-17 loss to the Giants in Week 12 in his first start this season.

Boyd and Allen are looking to help the 2-8-1 Bengals to just their third win this season, which will also snap a three-game losing streak.
