Denver Broncos head coach Vic Fangio has already decided that Drew Lock will start preseason game number one for the squad while Teddy Bridgewater will get the first crack in the second exhibition.

As the offseason continues to carry on, the Broncos will have to come closer to a conclusion to their dilemma. At one point in time, they had dreams of landing Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers. Now, they're back to square one deciding between Lock and Bridgewater.

One big offensive factor entering the season is tight end Noah Fant. The versatile playmaker expects to have a breakout campaign and via Mike Klis of KUSA, he still doesn't have a preference on who starts at quarterback.

“Both have different styles of game,” Fant said. “Everybody knows Teddy is the more thought-out thinker and he’s going to anticipate his throws more. And you have Drew who has that arm talent where he can go on the fly. He can put the ball where he needs it. It just depends what our offensive coordinator is going for, what our coaches are looking for, I think they’re both great quarterbacks.”

The Broncos have some promising young weapons on offense, a list that includes Fant, Jerry Jeudy and Javonte Williams. They're just looking for the right quarterback to step up and orchestrate the offense.

There's still plenty of time for the Broncos to decide and after a couple of preseason runs they will likely have a far clearer picture of which direction to go in.
