The Cleveland Browns made a huge move in the front-office, as the National Football League franchise has fired Sashi Brown from his Executive VP position.

This news comes by way of ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Sashi Brown only had the post since January of 2016. Prior to that, he was an attorney with Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale and Dorr, a private law firm based in Washington, D.C. as well as doing some work for the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Oddly enough, this comes a day after embattled head coach Hue Jackson made some remarks about the team building its roster moving forward.

Jackson wants more quarterbacks, according to Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer:

“It’s not a good problem because that means you’re losing, but it’s a problem that in this situation, you want to have,” Jackson said. “We can’t have too many good quarterbacks right now on this football team.

“We have to and we’ve said it before, use resources at that position and go get the right guy that we feel comfortable with to pair them with some of the players we have here to come up with the best quarterback for the Cleveland Browns. That is just what you do.”

With Brown gone, is Hue Jackson next on the chopping block?
