The Cleveland Browns have already swung one big offseason trade to bring in a talented wideout from LSU in Jarvis Landry. And now, Landry wants them to add another Tigers receiver in Odell Beckham Jr.

According to Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, Landry has been campaigning for the Browns to trade for his former college teammate, who would “definitely” be willing to go from playing in New York to Cleveland.

“If things like that are able to happen and the team can make it happen, then why not?” Landry said. “He definitely would be (up for it). He would be.”

This isn’t the first time Landry has discussed recruiting Beckham to the Browns. Back in March, the newly-traded Landry tweeted at Beckham about a possible reunion in Cleveland.

Interestingly, Landry replied to a tweet about OBJ possibly holding out until he got a new deal. The holdout didn’t end up happening, and Beckham is now engaged in contract talks with the Giants, who are working on making him the highest-paid wideout in the league. Obviously, any potential trade goes out the window if OBJ lands that mega-deal.

Either way, the Browns look as if they could use another receiver to join Landy with Josh Gordon still absent as he undergoes treatment and former first-round pick Corey Coleman now on the Buffalo Bills. While Beckham seems like too farfetched an option, Dez Bryant remains available and could very well be the big name receiver who joins forces with Landry.
