Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski opens up after another disappointing performance in Week 8 from his star wide receiver in Odell Beckham Jr. After another tough loss on Sunday, this time against the Pittsburgh Steelers, Stefanski's Browns find themselves at the bottom of the AFC North division as they continue to find ways to make their offense work.

OBJ is an important piece in the Browns' offense and, unfortunately, things haven't worked out for the three-time Pro Bowler so far in his third season in Cleveland. Despite the 28-year old's constant struggles, Stefanski has high hopes for Beckham. The second-year HC believes in his star receiver and that it's simply up to the team to put him in a position to let be the star that he is.

“I do,” Stefanski responded when asked if he still thinks Beckham is a dynamic player (via 92.3 The Fan).  “I base that off what I see from him each week. I just think he can affect the game and I'm making sure that myself, our coaches, we have to put him in position to make plays,”

Safe to say, OBJ isn't playing up to his own standards as of late. On Sunday against the Steelers, Beckham was only targetted once and finished with just six receiving yards.

Due to his recent struggles, Beckham's name has been in trade talks for weeks now as the former Offensive ROTY continues to underperform as the Browns' primary target. In the six games he's played this season, Beckham's star power has been lacking all season as he has yet to make his mark with zero touchdowns so far with the Browns falling down to a 4-4 record after Week 8.
