Antonio Brown is officially done with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after he walked off the field mid-game last Sunday and even took his shirt off. Since then, AB has slammed Bruce Arians, Tom Brady, and others while basically saying the team forced him to play injured.

Now, legendary Super Bowl-winning coach Dick Vermeil has chimed in on the saga and according to him, Antonio Brown should never get a chance to play in the NFL again.

Via TMZ Sports:

“I can't believe somebody would,” Dick said. “A man demonstrates what he is by what he does and he answered everybody's evaluation questions when we saw him doing that stuff.”

“I have never in my 30-something years of coaching from high school, junior college, Division I and the NFL — I have never seen anything like that,” he added.

It was undoubtedly a wild scene that sent social media into a frenzy, with thousands of reactions across every single platform. Antonio Brown had one side of a story, yet the Buccaneers had another. It's hard to know who is telling the truth, but after AB's comments on Friday on the Full Send Podcast, it seems like Tampa could be the one telling the truth.

Vermeil also praised the Buccaneers for giving Brown a chance to resurrect his career in the first place, saying that he personally would've stayed away from a player who has caused problems in the past:

“I think sometimes even though you're trying to do the right thing that you bring your own problems,” Vermeil said.

“You create your own problems by bringing people like Antonio Brown that have been a problem,” he continued, “What makes you think that you're gonna change 'em?”

“I try to stay away with players that had problems because you have enough problems with players who don't have problems.”

Despite Vermeil's opinion, it's expected that another NFL team will eventually sign AB when he's healthy next season. After all, he's still a fine talent.
