Bruce Arians stepped down as Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach last March, moving to a front office role instead. However, his decision was filled with controversy since many people believe that Tom Brady played a role in it.

After all, it doesn't look like a coincidence that not long after Brady unretired, Arians would be leaving his post. Many pointed out the relationship between the head coach and QQB as the reason for the decision, although the two sides have continuously denied it.

Now, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, those talks are “completely ridiculous.”

“I’ve talked to six or seven Bucs sources and people close to Brady who all say that’s completely ridiculous,” Rapoport said during an appearance on the Rich Eisen Show, per The Spun.

The discussions on Tom Brady and Bruce Arians continue to persist even after the former head coach left his role with the Buccaneers. Just recently, there was a rumor claiming that Brady didn't like how Arians was not planning for games early in the week–something he's used to when he was with the New England Patriots.

Although minor, the report said it's representative of the small but significant problems between the two.

It's unlikely for anyone to fully know if something really happened behind the scenes that led to Arians' retirement. Unless it comes from Brady or the his former tactician, everything else will just be rumors at the end of the day.
