Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo has accomplished so much during his NBA career. He has won NBA MVP's, he has won an NBA Championship, earning the NBA Finals MVP trophy. But on Sunday at the 2022 NBA All-Star Game, he did something he had never done. He met Michael Jordan for the very first time. After the game, the Bucks' Antetokounmpo spoke about his encounter with Jordan.

Giannis mentioned that he was initially told that Jordan was not going to be in attendance. But once he saw him, he was in awe.

“I asked if he was here, but they told me he was not here at first. But then I saw him when he came out and I was kind of like in shock… arguably the best player to ever play the game. It's crazy. I just went up to him to introduce myself. I was kind of surprised he knew who I was… no I'm just joking.”

No one will blame the Milwaukee star for being star struck. But he is beginning to make a historic name for himself. The Bucks superstar forward is a two-time league MVP. Giannis is one of the favorites to win it again this year as well. Last season, he led Milwaukee from a 2-0 deficit against the Phoenix Suns to win the NBA Finals in six games.

Antetokounmpo earned NBA Finals MVP honors in the process and had one of the most dominant performances in playoff history. In the Game 6 closeout, he dropped 50 points with 14 rebounds and five blocks. He is only entering his prime at 27 years old. His legacy has truly just begun.
