After falling hard during Friday night's loss to the Los Angeles Lakers, Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo will be taking a precautionary MRI for his left knee per ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

Antetokounmpo awkwardly fell on the knee in the second half of the game. However, the Greek Freak quickly got up and continued to play in the game.

At the final buzzer, Antetokounmpo tallied 32 points, 11 rebounds and six assists while shooting 10-21 from the floor in the loss, Milwaukee's 10th loss of the season.

An injury to the reigning MVP would obviously be a huge loss for Milwaukee. Antetokounmpo has managed to stay healthy for the most part of this season and throughout his seven-year NBA career.

The Bucks star has missed just six of the team's 63 games this season and for his career, has never played fewer than 72 games in a season.

After winning the league's MVP award in 2019, the Greek Freak has seemingly taken his game to a whole new level this season. The 25-year-old is averaging 29.6 rebounds, 13.7 rebounds (both career highs) and 5.8 assists per game while shooting 54.7 percent from the field and 30.6 percent from deep.

If he can stay healthy, Antetokounmpo may very well be on his way to a second-straight MVP award while leading Milwaukee to the number one overall seed in the NBA.

Up next for the Bucks, the team will go on a two-game road stretch where they face the Phoenix Suns and Denver Nuggets. Milwaukee will then return home on March 12 to play the Boston Celtics.
