Today, the Madden 20 ratings for every player in the NFL released, and of course, debates quickly ensued. While the internet argues about which quarterback or team deserved higher ratings, Arizona Cardinals safety Budda Baker took to social media to publicly complain about his strength rating in the game.

As of the release of Madden 20, Baker will come into the game with a 72 strength, which isn’t the greatest for a free safety in the video game. However, Baker is actually the seventh-best player on the Cardinals when it comes to overall ratings, so it could be much worse for the safety.

According to Baker, he thinks the fact that he had 100 tackles last year despite only playing in 14 games should result in a higher rating.

Thankfully for Baker, the year hasn’t even started yet, so there’s plenty of time for him to prove the developers of Madden wrong, and improve his rating.

As he attempts to increase his ratings, Baker will also be part of a young resurgence that the Cardinals hope will result in some actual changes.

With the addition of Kyler Murray, a revamped offensive line, and a new head coach, the Cardinals' future may be looking up more than it has in the past.

Baker's first priority will likely be helping his team contend in a crowded NFC, but if he can also improve his Madden ratings in the process, it'll be a win-win for the young safety.
