The NFL Draft is a little over a month away, with fans waiting to see what the Arizona Cardinals do with the first overall pick. It seems like Kyler Murray is a likely candidate to become the first player off the board.

According to Tony Pauline, Kliff Kingsbury has told people that the Cardinals selecting Murray is a “done deal.” This is big news considering that the Cardinals selected Josh Rosen with the 10th overall pick last season.

Nonetheless, drafting Murray seems like the logical choice for the Cardinals. With Kingsbury coming in as head coach, it allows him to bring in “his” guy.

If you are Rosen, you're probably feeling queasy hearing this news. It's uncertain on whether or not the Cardinals will keep Rosen if they decide to select Murray.

Most people believe that the Cardinals would move Rosen in a situation that they draft Murray. Another possibility is having both quarterbacks battle it out in training camp and the best one starts.

It's unlikely that is the case, as Rosen could bring back a semi-large package in return. Rosen struggled in 2018, where he finished with 2,278 yards, 11 touchdowns, and 14 interceptions.

It wasn't great by any means but his rookie season has an asterisk next to it due to the lack of continuity on the Cardinals. Arizona fired their offensive coordinator a few weeks into the season and had plenty of injuries.

If there are any teams interested in Rosen, they are likely intrigued by the potential he still possesses. Either way, if the Cardinals select Murray at number one, it's hard not to think that their offense will be vastly improved from 2018.
