The Arizona Cardinals faced off against the Dallas Cowboys on Monday Night Football, and the scoring began when Cardinals wide receiver Christian Kirk received a pitch play from quarterback Kyler Murray and then turned on the jets in the red zone:

As you can see, this was quite the play design, and it paid off for the Cards in the early goings of the second quarter.

Kirk in his third season with the Cardinals after being drafted in the second round out of Texas A&M in 2018. Still only 23 years old, Kirk’s touchdown on Monday was the eighth of his career and the second of his 2020 season.

Kirk, Murray and the Cardinals are looking to improve on their 3-2 record and tie them with the Los Angeles Rams in the NFC West with a 4-2 record.
