The Boston Celtics are looking to avoid elimination on Friday when they head to Milwaukee for Game 6 against the Bucks. Down 3-2, the Celtics need to pick up a road win, but may be without a key contributor for the game. According to Chris Forsberg, the Celtics have listed Robert Williams as questionable for Friday's game against the Bucks as he's still battling the knee soreness that forced him to miss both Game 4 and Game 5.

Williams hasn't played since Game 3 when he logged 23 minutes in the loss to the Bucks. He shot 5-for-9 from the field, scoring 10 points, adding 5 rebounds, 4 assists, and 3 blocks. Williams suffered a partially torn meniscus late into the regular season and missed the last few weeks of the year after undergoing surgery. He managed to come back well ahead of his scheduled timetable, but it seems his knee isn't quite at 100%, as he's still dealing with soreness.

Williams returned to action from the injury during the first-round matchup against the Brooklyn Nets, featuring in Game 3 and Game 4 of the four-game series. He played 16 minutes in Game 3 and 14 minutes in Game 4.

He averaged 23.3 minutes per night across three appearances against the Bucks before missing out in each of the past two games. His status remains unclear for Game 6, but with the Celtics just one game from elimination after a devastating meltdown in Game 5, fans will be hoping to have their defensive anchor locking down the paint.

On the year, Williams averaged 10.0 points, 9.6 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 2.2 blocks per game, enjoying his best season yet with the Celtics.
