Justin Houston is suffering from an embarrassment of riches, and now, a few teams are vying for him to take a spot in their lineup.

The Kansas City Chiefs selected Houston in the third round (70th overall) of the 2011 NFL Draft. He dropped to the third round after initially being projected as a late-first-round pick due to a failed drug test at the NFL Combine. Houston was the ninth linebacker drafted in 2011.

At the time Justin Houston was drafted, however, there were a few problems. He had failed his preliminary drug test, and as a result, received a late-first-round projection.

While Houston's first year with the team was fruitful — which culminated with Houston receiving the Mack Lee Hill Award after teammates and coaches determined he was the best rookie on the Chiefs in 2011 — his subsequent years were not as successful.

On Sunday, Houston was released by the Chiefs after eight seasons. The Chiefs attempted to trade Houston, but were unable to find someone willing to make the trade.

In addition to the Colts expressing an interest in Justin Houston, the Falcons, Packers and Jets have also expressed an interest in working with him. It will remain interesting to see who, ultimately, says hello to Houston.
