Even though Robert Quinn was traded to the Dallas Cowboys he was still able to choose which team he landed on and he is very excited about the opportunity.

Quinn was shipped off after just one year with the Miami Dolphins for a sixth-round draft pick and he can already tell a difference with how players are allowed to play with “America's Team.”

Quinn said he is excited to be able to really attack from the defensive line, and he thinks that will really help with his strength.

“Specifically, I guess it was the way they allow the D-line to play, fly around, have fun,” Quinn said per Jon Machota of SportsDay. “Then the linebackers and the secondary and what they have, you combine that with, not a freestyle D-line, but we get to attack and get in the backfield I think more than we can in other places.

“I think it was kind of one of those where I get to have fun, pin my ears back and just disrupt the backfield, which is what they want us to do.”

Quinn has been in the league for eight seasons and it has had it's ups and downs. Last season with the Dolphins he was strong racking up 38 tackles and 6.5 sacks, and that was in a system that he didn't think he fit that well.

He now is in a system he is excited about and there is no doubt going to be high expectations for what he will do this season in Dallas.
