Dislyte’s latest event just dropped, which comes with a special banner for the newest 5-star esper on the block, Ollie. Under the name of Osiris, Ollie is a fighter Esper with a unique specialized kit. In fact, it is exactly because of his idiosyncrasy that we have made this guide to help you build Ollie in the most optimal manner.

Ollie Abilities Overview

Ollie’s basic ability is Hookstrike. This ability deals damage to one enemy with a high chance of inflicting Silence for 1 turn. This is a fairly decent basic ability, with a good damage ratio, while being able to silence key targets consistently. Silence is a powerful ability that can cripple support Espers who heal or buff, so building ACC on Ollie is important to make the ability more successful at inflicting Silence.

Ollie’s second ability is a passive one called Salvific Judgements. When an allied Esper takes a fatal hit, the ability procs, and prevents the ally’s death, as well as granting Invincibility and Recovery for a turn. Finally, Ollie casts Law of Duat on the attacker who dealt the supposedly fatal hit.

Salvific Judgement is a powerful ability with a big downside of having a 5-turn cooldown, which suggests that Ollie must be built with SPD in mind. Paired with AP and SPD manipulators like Long Mian, Eira, and Melanie, having Ollie in such a team can be a massive pain to fight against in Point War.

Ollie’s third ability is Law of Duat. When activated, it deals massive damage to one enemy, plus a portion of their max HP. Additionally, it inflicts DEF Down and Taunt. After Ascension, it extends the effect of DEF Down and Taunt, while granting Ollie Invincibility for 1 turn.

Law of Duat deals high damage and a strong DEF Down debuff, making it a powerful tool for dispatching key enemies, like squishy DPS espers or powerful supporters. However, don’t expect the ability to deal top-tier numbers, since you still have to build Ollie primarily with SPD.

Ollie’s Captain Ability increases ally SPD by 25%. Because of this, Ollie has great potential in Point War and Cube, where being the first to take actions matters a lot.

Best Relic Sets for Ollie

PvE Set: Hades 4-piece, Sword Avatara 2-piece / Adamantine 2-piece

Against general content, the Hades-Avatara combo has been a classic for many fighter Espers. This combo is perfect for auto-battle, especially when farming Ritual, Sonic, or even just Practice Stages.

The Hades set provides Ollie with a lot of self-sustain, especially when paired with Sword Avatara for off-turn healing. The Adamantine set can be considered if you want to increase the starting survivability of Ollie’s team, therefore delaying the moment his passive procs.

Point War Set: Wind Walker 4-piece, Apollo’s Bow 2-piece

Ollie’s kit heavily relies on overwhelming foes with speed, in order to cycle faster and have his passive ability go off-cooldown sooner. Wind Walker is a vital piece for this build, along with Apollo’s Bow being quite mandatory, so that his Silence and Taunt procs more often.

Main Stat Priority

Una II – C.RATE/ATK%
Una IV – ACC/ATK%
Mui II – SPD

Resonance – ATK

Conclusion

Ollie is a great unit to have, but still struggles to find a strong spot in the game’s current meta. Still, he has potential in future content thanks to his unique kit, and will always be relevant due to Flow-element fighters being a rarity in the game’s roster.
