The Miami Dolphins found out earlier that they were going to be without quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, but that didn't stop Mike Gesicki.

Gesicki made two incredible Odell Beckham-type one-handed catches in their game versus the Houston Texans.

Gesicki has looked great all season and it's a pleasant feeling for fans that the Dolphins are starting to incorporate him into their offense more. The former Penn State University tight end is one of the best in football and he always seems to make catches like this.

The Dolphins are 1-7 on the year and haven't looked great. There have been some bright spots this season and Gesicki is one of them. Wide receiver and former first-round pick of this year's draft, Jaylen Waddle, has also looked great for the Dolphins.

Miami might be struggling this year but the future does seem to be bright. Dolphins fans have heard this for too many years so they want to see production instead of talk. Although fans aren't too happy, there's still a lot to look forward to for this Dolphins' future. If they add some pieces on the offensive line they can be one of the better teams in football.

The Dolphins are currently up 17-6 against the 1-7 Texans. Mike Gesicki has two receptions that are both one-handed grabs for 36 yards.
