Former Los Angeles Rams running back Eric Dickerson did not mince words when recently asked about who he wants to see his former team play in the Super Bowl if given the opportunity. Dickerson threw major criticism in the direction of the New England Patriots.

Dickerson decided to voice his opinion of the Patriots on FS1's Undisputed to throw in his two cents. Dickerson has not let the Super Bowl loss back in 2001 go, claiming the Patriots filmed the Rams practice.

“I’ll say this to all the Boston fans, as I watch them on social media: We want a rematch in LA,” Dickerson said. “We want them back again, because they cheated us. They know they cheated us back in New Orleans — they watched our film.”

Dickerson was not with the team back in 2001 as he retired from the game back in 1993, but he still highly values the time he spent with the Rams. The Hall of Famer speaks as if he was with the team on the field and clearly, he is still in the Rams corner even in today's game. The former Rams running back still holds the record for most rushing yards with 2,105 yards back in 1984, so clearly he has room to talk about the game.

The Patriots have been subject of many allegations, so it's no surprise Dickerson is accusing the organization of wrongdoing's back then as well. “Spygate” and “Deflategate” are two well-documented incidents in which the Patriots were accused of and punished for cheating. Dickerson's bitter attitude is warranted to an extent.
