The New York Giants fell flat in Week 1 with their bitter division rivals getting the best of them at AT&T Stadium. Following the loss to the Dallas Cowboys, the addition of wide receiver Brandon Marshall has been put in question with the veteran catching one pass in a game in which Odell Beckham Jr. was not on the field.

Marshall was recently asked whether he's concerned about building chemistry with longtime Giants quarterback Eli Manning, via John Healy of the New York Daily News.

“I’m not worried about that,” Marshall said. “I’m worried about the offense being more efficient and starting faster.”

The 33-year-old was also asked about the loss to the Cowboys, and he had praise for Dallas but is looking forward the rematch later in the season, via Healy.

“It’s disappointing, but it’s a long season,” Marshall said. “That’s a division foe and they played a hell of a game. So we’ll see him again come winter time and we’ll be prepared and be ready.”

In Week 2, the Giants will attempt to bounce back as they host the Detroit Lions at MetLife Stadium. They'll have to wait until Dec. 10 before they can get some revenge against the Cowboys.
