Draft prospect Nassir Little believes that he would be a good fit for the Atlanta Hawks.

According to Chris Kirschner of The Athletic, Little expressed interest in starting his NBA career in Atlanta. The former North Carolina standout confidently said that he is the perfect player for the young Hawks squad.

The Hawks own the eighth and 10th overall pick in the 2019 NBA Draft. They are also set to acquire the 17th overall pick from the Brooklyn Nets in a trade involving Allen Crabbe and Taurean Prince.

Little is projected to be selected within the top 15 in upcoming draft. In his lone season with the North Carolina Tar Heels, the 19-year-old forward averaged 9.8 points and 4.6 rebounds per game.

However, the Hawks might have other plan in mind, as they are reportedly looking to move up in the draft. According to Jeremy Woo of Sports Illustrated, the Hawks are willing to package their picks in exchange for one of the higher picks in the draft.

Woo revealed that the Hawks are eyeing Texas Tech standout Jarrett Culver. Culver is reportedly unlikely to fall to eighth in the draft because the Phoenix Suns, who will pick sixth, are high on him. Culver also has scheduled work outs with the New York Knicks, Los Angeles Lakers, Cleveland Cavaliers, and the Chicago Bulls, per Ian Begley of SNY TV.
