Miami Heat All-Star center Bam Adebayo will play in Game 4 of the 2020 Finals against the Los Angeles Lakers, per Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

Adebayo missed Games 2 and 3 due to a neck strain he suffered in Game 1.

This is a huge development for the Heat, who are only down 2-1 against the Lakers after winning Game 3 behind a 40-point triple-double from star small forward Jimmy Butler.

Bam Adebayo has been the Heat's second-best player all season behind Butler, so Miami is certainly thrilled that Bam is good to go for Game 4.

During the 2019-20 regular season, Adebayo averaged 15.9 points, 10.2 rebounds and 5.1 assists per game while shooting 55.7 percent from the field. He has increased his averages to 17.8 points and 10.9 boards in the 2020 playoffs against the Indiana Pacers, Milwaukee Bucks, Boston Celtics and Lakers.

While the Lakers are still favored to win the 2020 Finals since they have the two best players in the series in LeBron James and Anthony Davis, the Heat have been proving their doubters wrong all season long, so fans in South Beach wouldn't be surprised at all if the Heat somehow win this series against the mighty Lakers.

Butler was talking trash to James near the end of Game 3. The Heat wing was telling LeBron that the Lakers are in trouble.

With that being said, Game 4 should be a fun contest.
