Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade broke Los Angeles Lakers legend Kobe Bryant's nose during an All-Star game back in the day after he fouled Bryant hard on a layup.

What we didn't know until Saturday, though, is that Kobe Bryant actually loved it.

In a one-on-one interview with NBA legend and current TNT talent Kevin Garnett, Dwyane Wade talks about his relationship with Bryant and how Kobe called him and said he loved it that Wade broke his nose.

Is this really a shock to anyone? Kobe Bryant is a different breed. He feeds off of stuff that no one else can.

Like Wade said, the Heat and Lakers played a few days after that All-Star game and Bryant torched D-Wade and Miami. If there's one thing you don't want to do, it's giving Kobe even more motivation heading into a game and that's exactly what Wade did when he broke Bryant's nose during All-Star weekend.

Bryant and Wade are arguably the second and third best shooting guards in NBA history, respectively. Kobe won five championships with the Lakers, while Wade won three with the Heat. Both players will be future first-ballot Hall of Famers. It was always a treat for NBA fans to get to watch these two stars go at it back in the day.
