With the Milwaukee Bucks advancing to the second round, they set up a date for an interesting Eastern Conference Semi-Finals match-up against the Miami Heat. On paper, the Bucks are obviously the favorite to win the series given that they are the no. 1 team in the league led by presumptive back-to-back MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo.

However, Matt Barnes believes Miami can get it done against top seed in the East. The former player turned analyst detailed why the Heat will upset the Bucks in round two.

Via Robert Marvi of Heat Nation:

“Jimmy [Butler] has the young players, his young sharpshooters playing well, Duncan Robinson and Tyler Herro,” said Barnes on Saturday. “Goran Dragic is playing well, you know what Jimmy is going to give you. You got [Andre] Iguodala, [Jae] Crowder, Bam [Adebayo]. I got Miami winning next round.”

Likewise, Barnes added that for what it's worth, Miami did get the upper hand in their season series, winning two of their three meetings with Milwaukee this season. That means they know what it takes to beat The Greek Freak and company.

“Miami won two out of three this year too during the regular season (over the Bucks),” added Barnes. “Although that doesn’t mean much, they know how to beat them.”

The Heat rolled through their opening round series against the Indiana Pacers. As Barnes noted, Jimmy Butler and Goran Dragic are doing an incredible job leading this team. The two veterans are providing steady production while also instilling plenty of confidence in their two young snipers Duncan Robinson and Tyler Herro. Furthermore, Bam Adebayo continues to play like an All-Star.

It will definitely be a tall task for Miami to take down Giannis and the Bucks. But they certainly have the personnel, the talent, and more importantly, the determination to shock the league in this upcoming match-up.
