Dwyane Wade's accomplishments speak for themselves. Multiple championships, a Finals MVP, All-Star appearances, All-NBA selections, and the list goes on and on. There isn't much left for Wade to prove. He's mulling retirement, but one team hopes they can convince him otherwise.

The Xinjiang Flying Tigers are hoping they can lure Wade to China with a “monster deal” according to reports from Zhang Duo via Sportando. Wade's done all there is to do in basketball. If a Chinese team is willing to throw the bag at him, why not take it?

Wade already has a strong connection to China after signing a lifetime deal with the Chinese apparel company Li-Ning per the Associated Press. In regards to a return to the NBA, Wade told the AP:

“When I get back from China, I’ll focus on that,” Wade said. “Right now, I’m focused on the game after basketball. Whatever happens in basketball, it happens. I’ve done everything that I can to this point to put myself that I’m in this position I am today, where I can do something that hasn’t been done globally yet. The basketball will take care of itself. I’ll sit down and figure that out once I get back from this tour at some point.”

If Wade's focused on the game after basketball, playing for a season in China would only help his prospects in retirement. A “monster deal” from Xinjiang may not be as much as he could make on an NBA roster. But playing in China should boost his image and help promote his brand globally.
