Charlotte Hornets superstar LeMelo Ball has been keeping busy in the summer. As it turns out, he's decided to get some new ink done, and he isn't shy about showing it off.

A clip of the Hornets young star busting out his new hand tattoos is currently making its rounds on social media. A special hat tip to our friends from Bleacher Report for the video:

That's some pretty fine ink and I'm sure LaMelo paid some good money to get that done. After all, the Hornets star can afford the best tattoo artists on the planet given how he pocketed $8.2 million this past season.

The 20-year-old is still under contract with the Hornets through 2024 and he's expected to earn $19.5 million over the next two seasons. Ball is still in his rookie deal which explains why this is still a considerably modest amount if you consider his superstar status in the league.

There is no doubt, however, that the former Rookie of the Year winner will be signing a much bigger contract once he becomes eligible. Whether or not that deal will be with the Hornets remains to be seen. What we can say for sure is that he'll definitely get more than enough money to cover his whole body with tattoos — and then some.
