HoYoverse games Zenless Zone Zero and Honkai: Star Rail will get some screen time in today's Summer Game Fest.

The tweet from the official Summer Game Fest account reads “Getting ready for Zenless Zone Zero @ZZZ_EN joining #SummerGameFest on Thursday to reveal more of this fast-paced, stylish urban fantasy theme Action RPG from HoYoverse!” In a reply, host Geoff Keighley confirmed that we will be getting a new trailer for the game.

Another announcement reads “See HoYoverse's upcoming strategy-RPG title Honkai: Star Rail @honkaistarrail to be part of #SummerGameFest to bring more about the epic interstellar voyage!” No additional confirmed news as to what kind of Honkai: Star Rail content we will be getting, unfortunately. This HoYoverse title has its second closed beta currently underway, so we can expect some more substantial information. A release date, perhaps?

Will Genshin Impact be featured?

The presence of Genshin Impact was leaked by an unofficial source, saying that the Version 2.8 Trailer will be shown in the event. This clashes with a tweet that host Geoff Keighley made in response to a question asking how many HoYoverse games will be featured, wherein he said (only) two will be on the show.

This means either there will be no Genshin Impact in the event or Geoff Keighley and the event itself is trying to keep its feature a secret. I wouldn't get my hopes up if you're waiting for Genshin Impact, though.
