Jake Paul has been taking some time off from boxing after his huge knockout over Tyron Woodley back in December. Now he's looking to come back and it's been rumored that he has an opponent booked.

Eddie Hearn of all people was the one to leak the booking as Jake Paul could be taking on Tommy Fury. The two have been linked to fight each other for months now.

“I don’t represent them, but I hear that fight [Paul vs Fury] is happening Aug. 13, so you might see it,” Hearn said in an interview with TalkSPORT. “Both are very limited, but as long as it’s a competitive fight, it doesn’t really matter.”

Eddie Hearn also took the opportunity to fire a few shots at Jake Paul whilst talking about their history together. They have had plenty of moments where they fired shots at each other over the past couple of weeks.

“Jake Paul is a strange one, but I like what he’s doing for boxing.

“I did Amanda Serrano vs Katie Taylor with him and it was great fun, it was a big success.

“He’s putting the work in and he’s not terrible.

“But it’ll be a pleasant day when someone chins him.”

It will have to be seen if Tommy Fury is the one to ‘chin' Jake Paul as the YouTuber has yet to lose a boxing match so far in his career. It would certainly be one of the YouTuber's biggest tests so far as he faces someone with real boxing experience.
