Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert reportedly won't be fined or suspended by the NBA for his actions leading up to testing positive for the coronavirus, per Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports.

Gobert was shown on video jokingly touching the microphones of reporters several days ago:

Gobert and Jazz shooting guard Donovan Mitchell are the only NBA players that we know have the coronavirus. The NBA will suspend the season for at least 30 days.

Players on the Jazz have privately said Gobert has been careless in the locker room touching other players and their belongings. Gobert and Mitchell didn't fly back with their Jazz teammates from OKC.

The reigning two-time NBA Defensive Player of the Year, Gobert was averaging 15.1 points, 13.7 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game for the Jazz this season. He was also shooting 69.8 percent from the field and made his first All-Star team.
