The Dallas Mavericks pulled of quite the narrow victory against the Oklahoma City Thunder Monday evening, winning 85-84.

The victory was mostly due to Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook‘s lackluster performance, shooting 7-of-33 and 8–of22 respectively. But young talent on the Mavericks deserve some credit as well.

Rookie Justin Anderson had a perfectly executed behind-the-back pass to Salah Mejri in the fourth quarter to make it a one point game in OKC's favor.

Small, tight plays like these from the Mavericks first-round pick are what helped ensure that they are not down for the count in this playoff series.

The Thunder head to the American Airlines Center on Thursday, April 21 to face the Mavericks at home.
