The Milwaukee Bucks and the New York Knicks are facing off on Wednesday night, and at this point the final score doesn't really matter.

The biggest concern is how bad the injury is for Kristaps Porzingis. He dunked all over Giannis Antetokounmpo in the second quarter, but has he landed he twisted his ankle and his knee and needed to be helped off the court.

As he walked off he couldn't put much weight on it, and it appeared as if he was in some serious pain.

The Knicks will have him undergo an MRI tonight, and they should have a more concrete answer on his status in the morning.

With this type of injury it seems like he will probably miss at least a few games, which would be best case at this point. If there is no structural damage, and the ACL is intact that should be considered a win for the Knicks.

Porzingis has already missed seven games so far this year with injury, and that number is almost guaranteed to increase after this latest injury.

If the Knicks lose him for an extended period of time it's going to be a big loss for the team. He is averaging 22.9 points, 6.7 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game.

This injury could also have an affect on the trade market. If he is hurt the chances for the Knicks to make the playoffs would all but go out the door, and that could make the Knicks big sellers at the trade deadline.
