Los Angles Lakers forward Kyle Kuzma is no longer bothered by the constant trade rumors surrounding him and the team.

According to Kuzma, dealing with the trade rumors is part of being with the Lakers and that he has gotten used to it. He has finally understand that it's part of the business side of the NBA, and he can't do anything but control what he can control.

“I mean,  I just got to not worry about it. For me, I’ve been in trade rumors ever since I came here. I think that’s just a thing that happens when you’re a Laker,” Kuzma said, per Dave McMenamin of ESPN. “You’re always in trade rumors, especially around this time, so it doesn’t really matter at the end of the day, you just control what you can control.”

The NBA tradeline is approaching, so it's not uncommon for players to be talked about in trades.

Kyle Kuzma is still struggling to find his place in the Lakers, who added key additions like Avery Bradley, Anthony Davis and Danny Green. He has also missed nine out of the team's 35 games due to the injuries he has suffered from.

The 24-year-old scorer was expected to become the Lakers' third star behind LeBron James and Davis, but he has failed to live up to those expectations. While he has shown flashes that he is capable of standing alongside LeBron and AD, he has been very inconsistent this season and is averaging a career-low in points with 12.1.

Meanwhile, the Lakers have had a tremendous season so far, leading the Western Conference with a record of 28-7. However, they have struggled to find any playmaking when James or Davis is not on the floor.

The Lakers are seeking to extend their win streak to five when they play the Detroit Pistons on Sunday evening.
