Los Angeles Lakers guard Lonzo Ball delivered one of the best highlight reel passes of the season on Friday night against the Los Angeles Clippers.

Ball went to deliver a successful pass attempt but quickly saw it get deflected by multiple Clippers' players.

However, that didn't stop him from picking it up right away before casually going behind the back from the top of the key to a wide-open Tyson Chandler in the paint.

As soon as Ball's pass connected, everyone in attendance had no choice but to be wowed by his efforts.

This is one of many “Showtime” plays that we've seen from this Lakers team this season, with Ball and the other young players on the roster already finding a ton of chemistry with LeBron James.

And, with LeBron sidelined for at least several games due to a groin strain, it has allowed players like Ball to showcase their skills even more in trying to keep things headed in the right direction.

Ball entered the game averaging 9.2 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 4.9 assists while playing 29.1 minutes per game on the season. If he keeps throwing these types of passes, Luke Walton may have no choice but to give him even more minutes.

These types of plays have helped the franchise get its groove back, with the Lakers now 20-15 on the season after a slow start.

The game against the Clippers is the first of a much-needed four-game homestand for Ball and company, with a rematch with the Sacramento Kings up next on Sunday night.
