Mavs rookie sensation Luka Doncic once again showed why he was the most highly-touted international prospect to ever come into the NBA. During the Mavericks' 112-109 upset win over the defending champion Golden State Warriors, Doncic came up huge in crunch time, converting a go-ahead one-footed floater, and knocking down two clutch free-throws to seal the win for Dallas.

While doing all that, the Slovenian Wonder Boy also broke a notable teenager record during their massive win over Golden State. According to the Mavericks Twitter account, Doncic now holds the NBA record for most points scored by a teenager in the first 15 games of his career with 292 points.

With everything Doncic has accomplished, it's crazy to think that this guy hasn't even turned 20 yet. He was already so decorated even prior to entering the NBA. But now that he's actually here, he continues to pad on his accomplishments.

Doncic had an impressive outing against the short-handed Warriors, notching 24 points, nine rebounds, and four assists. More importantly, he was the main reason why Dallas was able to hold-off Golden State in regulation.

In 15 games with the Mavericks, Doncic is averaging 19.5 points, 6.6 rebounds, and 4.2 assists on 46.7 percent shooting from the field, and 38 percent from three-point country.

With Doncic's fast start, he is firmly on the driver's seat for top rookie honors this season. For real though, Doncic's seemingly smooth and easy transition into the NBA should no longer be a shock for all of us. He did play against tougher competition in Europe. And lest we forget, he also won MVP against those grown men, becoming the youngest to do so in EuroLeague history.
